Arthritis

  1. Take one raw clove of garlic every day, this clove can be fried in ghee (clarified butter) or castor oil.
    Take two teaspoons of lemon juice and a teaspoon of honey mixed in a cup of warm water.
  2.  Take mix half a teaspoon of cinnamon powder to one tablespoon of  honey every morning before breakfast.
  3. Take slice 1/2 inch of fresh ginger and take it with each meal.
  4. Take half a teaspoon of turmeric powder with warm water.
  5. Take Guggulu (a herb) half a teaspoon twice a day after meals with warm water.
  6. Apply paste of 1 teaspoon red chilies and fresh ginger mixed in half a cup of sesame oil and strain. Gently rub this oil on the affected joints.
The arthritis patient must avoid the following:
  1. Eating hot, spicy and fried foods, sweets, wind forming foods like cabbage, Cauliflower, spinach, broccoli, okra and potatoes.
  2. Too much tea, coffee, alcohol, white sugar, yogurt, chocolate, cocoa.
  3. Antibiotics, painkillers, steroids and nicotine
  4.  Mental tensions like worry, anxiety, fear, stress and grief.
